ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYMENT

Administrative staff are required to meet the same standards as security guards in addition to the traditional qualifications included in their job title. Urgent Security & Fire Watch values its security guards above all others. As a result, every employee must undergo the security licensing process. We do this do maintain respect in the role that security guards play in the success of a security services organization.

MANAGEMENT EMPLOYMENT

Urgent Security & fire Watch believes in developing its leaders from within the organization. We view all of our security officers as managers in training. We prefer not to hire managers or supervisors from outside the company. Since Urgent Security & Fire Watch is the company of choice for those seeking employment as security guards, there are strict standards and stiff competition for positions within the company. Urgent Security & Fire Watch performs a complete investigation of previous employment. Attendance records, job performance, conduct and reason for separation are closely examined. All references are checked and verified. In addition to positive work history, all applicants MUST meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered:


  • Clean criminal record. Officers cannot have any past criminal convictions including any type of criminal misdemeanors
  • 100% Drug Free
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Written communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Positive attitude

Applicants must also successfully pass a comprehension and aptitude test.
