Urgent Security & Fire Watch assigns an account manager to each client. The account manager is available to assist the client through every step of the fire watch process. Also, the account manager is available to serve as a liaison between clients and the fire department. Dealing with the fire department can be scary. We take the fear out of the process and work with clients to maintain compliance with regulations. Fire watch services are also available for non-fire related situations. In these cases, fire watch services are provided due to access control systems malfunctioning or entrance doors being damaged due to criminal activity. In other instances, security services are needed in response to new threats. Having a company to contact for fire watch or last-minute security services is an essential part of any corporate security plan. DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGERS
No matter how big or small the project, Urgent Security begins a relationship with a client by assigning a dedicated manager to the account. This manager is the one who works with the client to formulate an individual security plan and determine the best security guard for the assignment. Throughout the length of service, whether permanent or temporary, the account manager maintains open channels of communication between himself, the Urgent Security guard, and the client.
Duties of Account Manager
- Assess customer needs and performs a site security review
- Create post orders and instructions for guards to follow
- Select guards that are the right fit to be permanently assigned to the assignment
- Meet with clients regularly to identify areas in need of improvement
- Serves as the voice of the customer within the security team
