Urgent Security Services Celebrates An Anniversary

Urgent Security Services was initially founded in 2010 to service clients of ASC Security located in Maryland.  At our inception we had 8 employees who worked strictly on call and no permanent clients.  TSS was an idea…. with employees and a management team.   We focused on a few basic principles as our keys to success:  1. Every client was assigned an account manager regardless of their size;  2.  Always assign the guard who has the right skill set and temperament for the assignment;  3. Urgent but verify everything in the company.  Over the course of time we discovered that our service and approach to doing business were vastly different from other security companies in Maryland.  In addition we realized that there were many businesses across the region who wanted the quality of service we were offering.  As a result, we expanded our focus to include every business in Maryland who needed security services. 

Eventually our service area at Urgent Security expanded to include Washington DC and Virginia.  We became a licensed  security company in Maryland  that also serviced Washington DC and Virginia.  We also now offer long term, short term and emergency firewatch services.  For emergency services, Urgent Security has established a reputation of having some of the fastest response times for emergency services in the region.  In most case guards and fire watch officers arrive on site within 2 hours of the time the request is made.  For long and short term services, we have become known as the company that treats every client as if they are the only client regardless of the size of the contract.

Our  client base expanded beyond retail clients to include firewatch parol service , commercial buildings, tour group security, residential communities , construction security , and event security.  To date, Urgent Security’s client list is full of well-respected business organizations.  We take great pride in the fact that our client list includes successful companies such as Cirque Du Soleil, Embassy of Turkey, Clark Construction, Kettler, Barneys of New York and more.  Our current service area stretches south to Fredericksburg, VA, West to Leesburg, North West to Germantown and North East to Baltimore.   We thank all of the clients who provide the opportunity to serve, vendors who provide the equipment and resources needed, and our team of exceptional security guards who continue to exceed client expectations of quality service.  Were it not for all of you, Urgent Security Services would not be the successful Maryland security company that it has grown to become.  We look forward to many more years of growing by continuing to be the right choice for security companies in Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia.
